What is Sandblasting and Shop Primer?

Sandblasting is a method applied to remove the negative factors such as oil, dirt, rust and corrosion on the metal due to rust and corrosion over time, to clean the metal with painting and to prolong its service life. Also known as sandblasting and abrasive blasting. Basically, it is the process of forcibly pushing a stream of abrasive material onto a surface. Sandblasting is done under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, removing contaminants from the surface. This is called “sandblasting” because it blasts the surface with sand particles (cast steel ball). When the sand particles (cast steel ball) hit the surface, they create a smoother and more uniform texture. At the same time, oil, dirt, rust and corrosion on the surface can be cleaned with this process.

Sandblasting is the process of striking the blasting sand (cast steel ball) on the metal surface with high pressure air. During this impact, the sand (cast steel ball) minimally abrades the metal surface, while at the same time it cleans all kinds of undesirable negative substances such as oil, dirt, rust on the surface and prepares the surface for paint application. It makes the surface less rough. Sandblasting reveals the essence of metal.

AUTOMATIC SANDBLASTING
