In the last two years, we have implemented comprehensive well-being programs under the leadership of our company psychologist in order to support the physical and mental health of our employees. In this journey that started with the participation of our company psychologist, we organized regular trainings on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, emotional resilience and effective communication.
